Questions
Where does the ranking data come from?
From the public chart feeds Apple and Google publish. Pinchart shows the rank it actually observed and when it observed it. If a chart wasn't available, it says so rather than filling a gap.
Which charts and countries are covered?
On the App Store: Top Free and Top Paid overall, every primary category and Games subgenre, in 175 countries. On Google Play: the main charts in major markets.
Is there an Android or web app?
Pinchart is an iPhone app today, and it can track Google Play apps too. A web version is in progress; it will use the same account as the iPhone app, signed in with Apple or Google.
Do I need an account?
Not on iPhone. The app works without sign-up, and analytics stay off unless you allow them.
How do I cancel Pinchart Pro?
Subscriptions bought in the App Store are managed in your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.
Is Pinchart made by Apple or Google?
No. Pinchart is an independent tool by JoCoding, Inc. and is not affiliated with Apple or Google.
