These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pinchart iOS app, the Pinchart website at pinchart.jocoding.io, and related services (the "Service"), operated by JoCoding, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("JoCoding", "we", "us"), 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 80543, Dover, DE 19904, United States. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pinchart monitors the public App Store chart positions of apps you choose to track. It collects Apple's public chart feeds for 175 App Store storefronts — overall Top Free and Top Paid charts, category charts, and Games subgenre charts — about every three hours, and shows current positions, rank history, customer reviews, share cards, widgets, and alerts. Pinchart Pro subscribers can also connect App Store Connect with a read-only API key.
Pinchart is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. App Store and App Store Connect are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Ranking information comes from Apple's public feeds and is provided as observed. Apple may change, delay, limit, or stop these feeds at any time. In particular:
The Service is for informational purposes only. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for business, financial, or legal decisions.
The free version lets you track one app with 7 days of history, browse charts, read reviews, and create share cards. Pinchart Pro adds tracking of up to 20 apps, history beyond 7 days, rank alerts with quiet hours and a daily summary, Home Screen widgets, on-device translation of reviews, and the read-only App Store Connect connection. Features may change over time; we will not materially reduce the features of an active paid subscription period without notice.
If you connect App Store Connect, you confirm that you are authorized to use the API key you provide. Pinchart uses the key only for read-only requests (app list, version state, review status, and available sales reports) and never edits metadata, uploads builds, or changes releases. You can revoke the connection at any time; the stored key is then deleted. You are responsible for the permissions you grant to the key in App Store Connect, and you should revoke the key in App Store Connect if you believe it has been compromised.

We may suspend or limit access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service.
You keep any rights you have in the information you provide. You give us permission to process it only to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time in the App via Settings → Delete everything.
The Service, including its software, design, and share card templates, is owned by JoCoding, Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules. App names, icons, and reviews shown in the Service belong to their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or the data will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoCoding, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data in the App. We may discontinue the Service or any feature. If we discontinue Pinchart Pro during a paid period, we will provide notice and you may request a refund through Apple where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to rely on its consumer protection rules, in which case those rights are not affected.
These Terms are between you and JoCoding, Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for investigating or defending third-party intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
These additional terms apply to the website at https://pinchart.jocoding.io (the "Website"). Features described here that are not yet available apply from the day they become available.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the App before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
