Pinchart is operated by JoCoding, Inc.
When you write to us, please include your iOS version, the app's version, and — if your question is about a specific app you track — its App Store link.
In the app, open Settings → Delete everything. This deletes your installation, tracked apps, alert rules, push tokens, and App Store Connect credentials from our server and clears the app's local data. Pinchart has no account, so there is nothing else to close.
Deleting your data does not cancel a Pinchart Pro subscription.
On a new or reinstalled device signed in to the same Apple Account, open the Pro tab and tap Restore purchases.
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. You can also tap Manage subscription in the app's Pro tab. Refund requests are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why does an app show "Outside observed depth" instead of a rank? Some Apple feeds return fewer than 100 entries. Pinchart only reports ranks it actually observed.
How often are ranks updated? Charts are collected about every three hours. Each rank shows when it was observed.
Is my App Store Connect key safe? It is used only for read-only requests and stored encrypted. You can revoke the connection in the app at any time, which deletes the stored key.
